So let's start a mindfulness practice of staying in tune with the natural rhythm of the breath without judgment by finding a posture that feels relaxed and alert. Feeling a posture that's dignified and embodied, comfortable and relaxed. With your eyes looking downward or completely closed, drop your shoulders, loosen the belly, and relax the muscles of your face and jaw.
And see if you can start to feel the natural rhythm of your breath moving in and out of your body. You can put a hand on your belly just to help stay connected with the felt sensations of the movement of your belly as you breathe. And breathing naturally, normally, sensing into the movement of your belly as you breathe.
Sensing the physical movement of your body as you inhale and exhale with a sense of relaxation. Inviting a sense of ease as you stay connected with your breathing in and out. Excellent. Well done.
