And we can use this precious time going back home after work, this transition or buffer period, to allow ourselves to regroup, to recenter, to process strong energies before reentering the rest of our life. Start by taking a few deep breaths, breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth as you sense into any feelings that you can notice in your body, sensations in your belly and your shoulders, any tightness in your chest or jaw. Simply noticing with non-judgmental awareness what your body is feeling like right now. And begin to soften around these areas, inviting a sense of ease and spaciousness, feeling relaxed, softening your belly as you take deep breaths as you bring the same quality of awareness to the people in your life after work
