As we begin this meeting together, let's allow ourselves to relax, to find a posture that feels relaxed and alert, and to take a few deep breaths, breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth. Just breathing deeply, allowing your eyes to gently close, feeling the weight of your body on the chair and on the ground. Relaxing the belly, dropping the shoulders, loosening the jaw, and simply noticing the natural rhythm of your breath as you breathe in and out.
Just simply breathing with a relaxed body. Just noticing the rise and fall of your belly as you breathe. And just noticing what your body feels like as you breathe. Without judging anything as good or bad, right or wrong, just simply breathing as you relax, sitting in your chair.
And now shifting our awareness to how we can be present for each other, how we can bring non-judgmental awareness to each person. Allowing each other to bring our greatest gifts. Acknowledging people's warm intentions. Allowing opportunity for people to bring their best ideas forward.
To meet each other with the same respect that we wish for ourselves. Remembering that all of us just wanna be happy, to grow, to do our best in any given moment. And now bringing awareness back to the breath, back to the body, feeling the weight of your body on the chair and on the ground.
Maybe taking one more big breath, breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth. Now wiggling your fingers and your toes and slowly opening your eyes whenever you're ready
