As we begin this meeting together, let's allow ourselves an opportunity to relax, to find a posture that feels relaxed and alert, where we can just take a few deep breaths, breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth . Allowing our eyes to gently close or to look downward, feeling the weight of our body on the chairs and on the ground. Relaxing the belly, dropping the shoulders, loosening the jaw, and noticing the natural rhythm of your breath as you breathe in and out right now. Simply breathing. Notice the rise and fall of your belly as you breathe. Just noticing what your body feels like with each inhale and exhale, without judging anything as good or bad, right or wrong. Just simply breathing. Noticing the physical sensations as you relax, sitting in your chair. Bringing your awareness to your body, breathing, feeling the weight of your body on the chair and on the ground. Maybe taking one more deep breath . And now wiggling your fingers and your toes, and slowly opening your eyes whenever you're ready
