As we begin this meeting together, let's allow ourselves an opportunity to relax, to find a posture that feels relaxed and alert. Now take a few deep breaths, breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth . Allowing your eyes to gently close or to look downward. Feeling the weight of your body on the chair and on the ground. Relaxing your belly and dropping your shoulders. Loosening your jaw. Breathing naturally with a soft belly and remembering that all of us are doing our best. All of us just want to be happy and to grow. May we be present for each other without judgment, acknowledging our good intentions and allowing the best ideas to come forward. Taking one more deep breath . Relaxing the body. Now maybe wiggling the fingers and the toes and slowly opening your eyes whenever you're ready
